Why we started
Define Aesthetics
Define Aesthetics Studio was born from a simple belief:
confidence changes everything.
Long before opening her own studio, Wendy Ferguson, RN, MSN spent years caring for patients as a nurse and nurse educator. She saw something deeper than skin — she saw how people carried their stories on their faces. Stress, motherhood, trauma, aging, illness, heartbreak, and self-doubt all leave marks… and too often, those marks quietly chip away at how people see themselves.
One patient changed everything.
A woman came to Wendy after surviving domestic abuse. She had scars on her lip that made her feel broken every time she looked in the mirror. What she wanted wasn’t vanity — she wanted her confidence back. Wendy helped soften those scars, but more importantly, she watched something even more powerful happen:
the woman began to stand taller, speak differently, and see herself with kindness again.
That moment lit a fire.
Wendy realized aesthetic medicine wasn’t about chasing perfection — it was about restoring identity. About helping people look in the mirror and finally recognize themselves again. So she created Define Aesthetics Studio — a place where science, artistry, and compassion come together.
Not a high-pressure med spa.
Not a cold medical office.
But a studio where clients feel heard, safe, and celebrated.
Every treatment — whether it’s Botox, filler, microneedling, radiofrequency skin tightening, exosomes, or advanced skincare — is done with one purpose: to help you look refreshed, empowered, and unmistakably you.
At Define Aesthetics Studio, we don’t try to change your face.
We help you define it.
Because confidence isn’t created in a syringe, it’s unlocked when you finally feel like yourself again.
