Yes — peeling is part of the magic. Most clients start peeling around day 2–3, usually around the mouth and chin first, then the rest of the face. It can range from light flaking to a full “sheet peel,” depending on your skin and how much correction you need. The peeling is temporary, but the glow, smoother texture, and brighter tone that follow can last for weeks.

You can return to normal activities the same day, but expect visible peeling for about 5–7 days. Most clients schedule their peel so the heavy peeling happens over a weekend or a few days at home. Makeup can be worn after 24 hours, but many people prefer to let their skin breathe while it sheds.
